Blast from the Past

Even with all the cascading ruffles and metallic gowns, the Oscar red carpet was lacking a bit of "oomph." With some forgettable dresses, the night did welcome some standouts that took note of past looks. After all, fashion is about "what goes around comes around" and these ladies embraced the mantra.
